DESPATCH: We aim to despatch goods within 24hrs of completion of payment process for orders paid by credit/debit card or postal order. Orders paid by cheque will not be despatched before clearance of cheque.

We post all items via multiple delivery companies including (Royal Mail, DHL, Express Deliveries, Parcel Force, My Hermes) to ensure that we offer the customer the most competitive rates for deliveries.

ALL GOODS OVER £50 are delivered via a carrier service, between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday, and require a signature upon receipt. If you cannot arrange for someone to be available to sign for the goods, please let us know immediately for an alternative delivery date.

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange redelivery. Our couriers will continue to make at least 2 further attempts to deliver your order.

Small Parcel Orders such as spare parts are delivered via Royal Mail are sent 1^st Class recorded for home delivery to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Highland addresses. All orders placed are dispatched the same day if they are purchased before 2pm (excluding weekends).

Large Parcel Orders such as Bikes, Quads and Scooters will require a surcharge for delivery to Northern Ireland, Aberdeenshire and Highland addresses. Please contact us directly for shipping costs to these areas

Goods of Pre order will be posted out on the very same day once is stock, and should be received within 24 - 48 hours.
