Frequently Asked Questions
How will my order be delivered?
We currently use the following carriers to deliver larger items: Hermes, DHL, Parcel Force and Express Deliveries.
In addition, some of the smaller items we sell such as spare parts are despatched 1st class recorded with Royal Mail.
What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers will continue to make at least 2 further attempts to deliver your order.
I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do
Your order should reach you in complete and good condition.
Please check your order before signing the delivery driver's paperwork and contact us within 24 hours if there are any missing or damaged items. This will help us to process any lost or broken items in a timely manner. Wrong item received: If you have received an incorrect item in your order please Contact us for help within 24 hours of Receiving your parcel. Faulty item received: If you have received an item that does not match the description or work correctly, please Contact us within 24 hours to resolve any outstanding problem.
What is the warranty for off road bikes and quads?
We offer a 30 day parts only warranty on all off road vehicles and toys. This takes effect from the purchase date or in some cases with goods that have been purchased on Pre Order you will receive the 30 days parts warrantee from the day the item has been received. Xtreme Toys Ltd will supply new replacement parts where required and may often ask the customer to return the defective part for us to inspect or we require an email with an attached photographic evidence to back up the warranty claim. Any returned parts and despatched items will be at the customer’s expense. Once any off road Product ( Kids Toy ) has been fuelled or used we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on these items.
What we do offer is help and support to all our customers ensuring that we give correct information and advice and good customer support.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
(Small Parcel Orders) such as spare parts can be placed for home delivery to the UK Mainland, Nothern Ireland and Highland addresses.
(Large Parcel Orders) such as Bikes. Quads and Scooters will require a surcharge for delivery to Nothern Ireland, Aberdeenshire and Highland addresses.
